I cannot believe Lainey is already a week old today!! Time has flown by so fast! She really has been quite an easy baby so far. She usually sleeps between 3-4hours between feedings a night and even had one 5 hour stretch one night...which I think was a fluke :) She still LOVES her paci and to stretch. We catch her all the time sound asleep with both legs straight up in the air. She loves to snuggle, especially with her daddy. The kids adore her and Jackson has been little mister helper. He loves to replace her paci when she drops it, and he always remembers to put hand sanitizer on first before holding her :) Leah has definitely warmed up to her more, she still hasn't held her yet but she always kisses her and snuggles with her. Hopefully she will hold her once in the next year, but you never know with Leah! Scott went back to work yesterday and it was hard on him. Right when he got home he snuggled with her and he didn't want to put her in her bassinet at bedtime last night, but he didn't give into the temptation to have her sleep in our bed, we made that mistake with Jackson!!! Anyway, her are some pics from the last week of our little princess.

Naptime with Aunt NJ. She left on Tues afternoon and I was near tears when she left, it was so hard to see her go she was such a big help and I can tell Jackson misses her already.

The "Lainey Leg Stretch"
Our first night home from the hospital we grilled and then made S'Mores as a family. The kids loved it and they were sure yummy!!
Scott laughed at our dining room our first night home at dinner, he said you could tell we were out of practice with a baby...we had her car seat, bouncy chair, swing and bassinet all in the dining room during dinner. We were prepared for anything!!

Car ride home from the hospital, she wasn't very excited about her first car ride.
Jackson and Lainey watching "SpongeBob" in bed. He is going to be quite the protector. I am hoping to start getting pics of Leah and Lainey together soon!!
I made this Giraffe Print Name and I thought it turned out so cute!!! I was proud of myself :) My parents are coming on Wednesday with her bumper pads and crib blanket and some wall art my friend Amanda made for the nursery and then i will get the nursery pics up. I can't wait to see everything all together!
Getting to be so alert now. her face has already changed so much in the last week
Scott's mom came into town Tuesday night to help take care of the kids. Here is the first pic of Lainey and Grandma!
