Oh How We Love Visits From Family!!!

We have had lots of visitors the last few weekends and we have loved every minute of it!!! My parents came to visit a few weekends ago and we had a blast. My parents got to see Jackson's last soccer game and they even brought an air horn to blow when he scored a goal! You should have seen how excited he was to hear it. We had a great time. We went to the zoo, to Beale Street so they could try some delicious Memphis BBQ and we even went to Graceland. It was so nice to see them and the kids were in the BEST moods seeing their Mamaw and Papaw again!! Jackson's last soccer game, Go Eagles!!
Just had to show how cute Leah's hair looked in her pig-tail braids :)
Jackson is going through a little stage right now where he doesn't like to pose for pictures with anyone. I felt awful when I was putting the pics together for the post and had barely any of him!! I hope he grows out of it soon!

The next weekend Scott's brother Matt came to visit and I wish I took more pics! The kids LOVED seeing Uncle Matt, he played baseball with Jackson and dress-up with Leah's dolls :) Such a good uncle!
Crazy Uncle Matt

Uncle Matt is excited about this dress!!!
This past weekend Scott's parents, Lisa, Mark and their baby Luke came to visit! We had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed playing cards and games. Luke has grown up so much! He was the happiest baby! He would smile at EVERYTHING!! He reminded me so much of Jackson when he was baby just by their size!! I loved it!! Can't wait for everyone to come again!

Scott, Luke and I...love that kid!!! I'm his favorite aunt ;)
Jackson dancing on stage at the restaurant we went to
Check out those moves!!!
We went to an old General Store that they had turned into an Antique Shop, it was really neat to see. Leah loved all the hats!

Even Luke liked them!!
Leah loved "Baby Luke," she hasn't stopped talking about him since they left. She danced for him, read him lots of stories and hugged him countless times. She couldn't get enough of him. It was really sweet to see what an interest she took in him and how gentle she was with him!

Uncle Scott and Luke!! Scott was in love with Luke too. Usually with other people's babies he is fine letting me hold them, but he couldn't hold him and play with him enough! It was really cute to see him with his little nephew!

We hope everyone has a very safe and Happy Thanksgiving!!! Miss you all!!

Happy Halloween!!

We have had a fun-filled weekend! It started with Friday night, we went to one of the faculty members from Scott's schools house. They had a dinner for all the residents, families and faculty from the Pediatric Dentistry Program. Their house was GORGEOUS!!! It was an older home with so much character, it had a huge back porch and a guest house in back...it kind of made me excited for when Scott is done :) Anyway, Friday was a fun night of socializing and EATING! The kids had a blast playing with all of the other kids and it was fun to meet some of the other people that Scott works with. Maryn and Leah
Jackson and Ryan dressed the same...Darth Vader.

Saturday the kids had a Trunk-or-Treat at their school. They loved seeing all of their buddies dressed up!!

Some of the cars were decorated so cute!! This was one of my favorites, the pics don't do it justice!

This is the director of the preschool and she just LOVES leah...leah always plays games with her and refuses to talk to her, she just smiles at her :)

This was a spooky guy who was scaring the kids, Jackson just loved him and refused to let him get in the way of his candy!
Leah was a little more intimidated
Jackson and his teacher Mrs. Neugabauer...he loves her and so do we!!

Today we decided to tackle all the leaves in the yard. Man was that a project!!
